Delay in receiving tracking code

The Mori products are superb so soft and so easy to use
The Mori products are superb my goddaughters daughter found the zip up sleep suits so easy to use on her new baby boy and he looked fab in them. I will certainly buy more things as he grows. The help I received from the ‘chat line’ was superb as well - just like their oroducts

Very quick and understanding customer service
I needed to return some items that were outside the 30 day returns policy, due to some personal circumstances and they were extremely understanding and agreed to accept the returns as a gesture of goodwill. I really love their products and recommend them to friends all the time
Web site a royal pain to use
Took me more than three tries to navigate web site. First got messsge to use PayPal as guest. I declined. Then tried my credit card. Wouldn’t accept. Emailed. Given an expired discount code or one that had expired a day later when I used it. On fourth try, used different card and code worked. You have addressed me with the name of my recipient. All very frustrating, tho my son and daughter in law say they like your clothes.

I have had nothing but very pleasant customer service experiences with MORI. The baby clothes are so soft and durable. While they are a bit pricey, you get what you pay for - they last and stay soft. I order these clothes for all of my friends with new babies and they absolutely love their MORI products!
